CRM-1842 Record Activity for Contacts (Batch Mode) - Custom Fields are Not Available

      Description

      When recording an activity for a batch of contacts, if their are custom fields for the selected actiivty type they are not loaded to the form (and hence can not be recorded). This form should function in the same way as the "single contact activity" form.

      To recreate on demo (which has "General Volunteering set up as a custom activity with a custom field):

      • Go to Search, select record(s) for which you wish to log volunteer hours
      • Select "Record Activity for Contacts" from action drop down, and click go.
      • Select "General Volunteering hours" as activity
        No ability to fill in custom data field/group appears.

      (If this is not a simple fix, push to 1.8)
