Event custom fields not duplicated from event templates

            Description

            We're finding that when we have custom fields completed in event templates, the values aren't being pulled into events created from those templates.

            This is very similar to an issue I raised last year, where a similar thing happened to the custom fields on a recurring event in v4.6.4: https://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-16902 - I don't think this was happening at the same time, but can't swear to it.

            (I have been able to reproduce this issue in the demo version)
