Description
When pay later is selected currently CiviCRM picks and shows the default "paid by" option on a contribution which on a new install is currently check (or "cheque" for those over the pond!)...
but surely this should actually be null (or at least "To be confirmed") until the paid by option can be updated by admin.
Acceptance criteria:
- A new option in new CiviCRM installations called "To be confirmed" should be added.
- For new CiviCRM installations the default paid by option should be "To be confirmed".
