No way to turn off "DO NOT SEND BULK EMAIL" for a contact.

            Description

            When a CiviMail sends out emails and the recipient opts out the "DO NOT SEND BULK EMAIL" flag is set on the contact, but you can not remove this flag from the contact if it needs to be removed later.
