Standardize Record Payment for Partially Paid Contributions Resulting from Changes to Event Selections

As I was testing https://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-15339, I came across the following:

1. Edit the selection of an event registration associated with a completed contribution to a higher priced option.
2. Status of associated contribution changed to partially paid (yay! very sophisticated)!
3. I had to futz around a bit to try to find the record payment option form that appeared in a notice after clicking to edit the partially paid contribution - would be great if this option would work the same as it does when recording a partially paid registration to begin with (i.e. a more link appears next to the event registration and you have the option to record payment)
