            Description

            For some users the civicrm_upgradedb_v1.6_v1.7_41.mysql SQL script chokes on UTF-8 characters in the UPDATE instructions for the civicrm_activity_history table.

            As these instructions affect only small portion of the user base (non-English installs), while breaking for quite a couple of people, the SQL should be fixed to not use UTF-8 there.
