Pledge report: cannot add results to a group

Reproduced on the demo site:

• Go to the Pledge report (http://dmaster.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/report/instance/18?force=1&reset=1)
• In the columns settings, show the "total amount paid" column
• Click 'preview report'
• Add the contacts to a group (any group)

Results in a fatal error "DB Error: no such field".
