Soft Credit and Soft Credit Type Fields Switched in Contribution Bulk Entry Form

            Description

            Hi guys,

            I'm not seeing this issue in 4.7.9, but on the demo site for 4.7.11 the fields/column headers are switched for soft credit and soft credit type even though the fields are configured correctly in the Contribution Bulk Entry profile.
