Financial Type access control breaks some reports

            Description

            Reproduce on demo site:

            1. Visit dmaster.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/report/instance/26?reset=1&force=1 and view results

            2. enable 'Enable Access Control by Financial Type'
            http://dmaster.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/setting/preferences/contribute?reset=1

            3. Visit dmaster.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/report/instance/26?reset=1&force=1 again, there are no results and no errors, even when 'contribution status' is not a selected column on the report
