Custom field "Options per line" breaks the "Clear" button

            Description

            When specifying a the "Options per line" in a custom field, even if the field is not mandatory, the user won't be able to deselect its choice using the inline editing.

            Reproduced on demo - change the "Options per line" to 1 for the field "Most important issue"
            i.e. http://dmaster.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/admin/custom/group/field/update?action=update&reset=1&gid=1&id=1
