Exclude / Include by privacy radio buttons gets reset on Smartgroup re-editing

It seems that the revert happens only on the visual part, the saved search is correct.

Replicate:

• Create a smartgroup of contacts that do not want eg. mail (By using "Include by privacy") and save it.
• Go to that saved group and edit it so that you can see its criteria. You'll notice that the "Include by privacy" radio has been reverted to "Exclude", which is the default.

Results are unaffected.
