            Description

            create a contact subtype
            create a contact using that subtype
            create a relationship to that contact
            in the contact's relationship tab, the related contact does not appear with the subtype icon. instead, the main contact type icon appears.

                the getImage() function should receive the contact sub_type value if present. this PR includes that in the query and parameters, and then passes that value to getImage() if present, instead of the main contact type.
