Default Membership Type not selected - Contribution Form

            Description

            When adding a new Contribution Page, the third tab "Membership Settings" and subcategory "Membership Types" contains a box with all of the Membership Types available. You can select one of these to be the default membership.

            In the contribution page edit form, the default is selected by membership_type_id. When the contribution form is displayed, it's using the weight of the membership type instead. D7 defaults...

            General ID=1, weight=1
            Student ID=2, weight=2
            Lifetime ID=3, weight=3

            If you configure a contribution page to default to General, then change the weight on Lifetime to 1, Lifetime will be selected as default instead of General.
