Different status’s: Reserved activity status: (Draft / “Complete") - do not show for other activity types
Built in:
- Inbound email
1. Unread / Read: add status option in mail account setting to decide whether inbound email is complete or "unread"
2. Mark as communication + task and then would be an email with a tick to mark as read.
3. Any status that is not complete would then be shown by display as “unread”.

Document
1. Shows this activity type in the documents list of the case
i.e. a CV activity type we could show this in the document list.
2. (CiviHR) Also shows in the documents list on the assignment creation screen. Shows slightly different activity pane with different fields - with drag and drop, expiry date etc.

(Stage 2) Alert
1. Also needs to install 1 activity type called alert with category alert
2. If status = anything but anything = red (and display) / If cancelled = grey (grey is not shown on open)
3. Validate that alert cannot be selected with any other category
