Unable to access contribution page if the view financial permission is not granted to the role

            Description

            Steps to replicate
            ------------------

            1. Enable Access Control by Financial Type under CiviContribute Component Settings.

            2. Set permission so that authenticated user has permission to create financial type in addition to 'make online contributions' permission but NOT view/edit/delete financial type.

            3. Erroneous behavior :
            Authenticated user : gets error "This page does not have any price fields configured or you may not have permission for them. Please contact the site administrator for more details."
