            Description

            In the latest civicrm_state_province.tpl file
            https://github.com/civicrm/civicrm-core/blob/master/xml/templates/civicrm_state_province.tpl
            there are outdated provinces for Kenya.

            Under the new constitution, Kenya is now divided into 47 counties for administrative purposes.
            Old provinces are outdated and should not be used in CiviCRM.
