            Description

            A/C:
            1. CiviCase custom field sets are displayed as one collapsible per set
            2. Exposed sets are expanded as default and collapsed ones are collapsed
            3. field sets are displayed in order according to their order configuration in backend
            4. under case subject, the first set will be shown. Then two sets per row after that.
            5. (Stage 2?) custom fieldsets / fields should be able to be moved around and displayed differently (via a hook).
