PALESTINE in all caps in civicrm_country

            Description

            Occupied Palestinian Territories was changed to PALESTINE in the civicrm_countries table. It is currently in all caps, unlike all other countries. Unless there is a reason for this, I would suggest changing to normal capitalization.
