Description
In our CiviCRM instance, our users have 'access Report Criteria' permissions, so that they can fiddle with the filters of the reports we provide for them.
But when they're happy with their results, and they want to download a CSV-file, they often click 'Save', which overwrites the report we provide with the filters they applied. And this is confusing.
So I created a new permission 'save Report Criteria', which you need to save a (copy of a) report. I will create a pull request, so if you're interested, you can patch your instance.
