            Description

            Suggested approach: pass case_id into bulk mailing as a url param.

            Acceptance Criteria:

            1. When initiate a bulk mailing form people involved tab, the bulk mail should be made aware of the related case. 
            2. All case tokens should be available if the bulk mailing is initiated from a case.
