Payment instrument id is incorrectly a required field for offline additional payments

            Description

            It's not currently possible to submit a credit card payment on the additional payment form as it is asking to payment method - minor fix submitted. Also includes a change Pradeep added in a pending PR making total_amount a required field - that makes sense to me as no point in submitting a $0 payment
