Registering additional event participants causes fatal error

            Description

            A fatal error is raised when attempting to register an additional participant on an event that allows you to register multiple participants (see screenshot). This is resolved by removing the protected keyword from the function getRegistrationContactId in CRM/Event/Form/Registration/Register.php
