API Extension.get cannot be filtered by status anymore

            Description

            In 4.6 I used to get installed extensions in CiviCRM using this API call:

            {{ civicrm_api3('Extension', 'get', array('status' => "installed",)); }}

            Now in 4.7 same API call, returns all extensions available in the website, not only installed. Looks like parameter status is not longer useful for filtering.
