Regression: Extension API cannot filter on status in get request

            Description

            Following on from the work  on CRM-19414 it became evident that we could no longer filter on status field when querying on extensions in the API. This also follows on attempts in CRM-20532 to fix returning fields issue and then in CRM-20993 which indicated you couldn't filter on the numerical id
