Price Set field with an Expiry Date still being 'required' after being expired.

To replicate on dmaster-

1. Create a priceset with two pricefields.
2. Both fields should be required and set one of them as Expired (Select previous date value for "Expire On" field).
3. Include this priceset on a "Membership signup and renewal page".
4. Navigate to live page. Only one active field shown (Correct).
5. Select membership type and Submit the form.
6. FormRule error is displayed - Please select at least one membership option. (Incorrect).
