Dashlet - Next Milestones and Recent Communications

            Description

            Acceptance Criteria:
            0. Should reuse the dashlets built for case details view
            1. Next milestones block should show a list of milestones with subject, due date and assignee. Icon and left border colour show status.
            2. Recent Communications block show inbound/outbound info, subject, date, with contact, attachments and assignee
            3. The pills next to the title region should be blue and show numbers of scheduled communications and milestones. The pills turn red when there is any overdue item.
            4. Since the dashlets here are cross-cases, they should show the latests records from all visible cases to the current user.
            5. Different from case details view: Case ID, Case Type and Case Clients also needs to be shown inside each activity card to indicate the source case.
