Description
It took me hours to get this fixed when it was a simple problem that is not well documented at all. In order to get the WYSIWYG tools back to what they were in 4.5....I had to find the screen which is only accessible from Display Prefs then the button that says Configure CKEDITOR. It is separate from drupal and that is EXTEMELY unclear in all the information that I found online. I am hoping others find this problem and do not waste hours reinstalling and attempting to fix the CKeditor module within Drupal when that is not at all where the problem lies. It is in Civi and again is very hidden.
Hi Larry, I'm not sure I understand your concern. Civi does not do anything to affect the version of CKEditor used by Drupal. Upgrading Civi should not have any effect on e.g. editing Drupal nodes.
As for being hidden, you can see the announcement here: https://civicrm.org/blog/colemanw/big-changes-to-wysiwyg-editing-in-47
