      Description

This is related to / the same problem as: CRM-18263

But it doesn't seem to have been fixed when you choose to 'copy' a profile from within the profile designer, eg when editing an event:

When you copy a profile it is added to the uf_group table with the same 'name' as the original profile.

What confuses me is that I haven't seen any side-effects of this happening (ie: incorrect profiles appearing in forms) - so what is the 'name' field actually used for in the uf_group table?

      Recommended solution:

      • Either remove the 'name' field - if it's not actually used for anything
      • If it is used for something then ensure that a unique 'name' is generated when copying a profile from the wizard
