Description
in CRM-20610 we improve how payments associated with contribution records are listed, and also make them editable. We should also include the ability to cancel and delete payments.
- include icon buttons after the new edit button for cancelling and deleting
- cancelling should register bookkeeping transactions to reverse the payment
- delete should remove the original transactions tied to the payment, and leave edited fields if any exist in their prior state
- cancel should be linked to the edit contributions perms
- delete should be linked to the delete in CiviContribute perm
