Twilio extension doesn't work with PHP7.0

            Updated SDK should be tested on a couple of live sites to verify there are no regressions.

            Description

            The current version of the twilio extension (1.1.1) doesn't work with PHP 7.0.

            The latest Twilio SDK (see PR https://github.com/civicrm/org.civicrm.sms.twilio/pull/3) seems to resolve the problem when testing on a single client site.
