      Description

      File to case does not transfer activity assignees. To reproduce:

      1. create an activity and assign it to someone
      2. create a case if one does not yet exist on your test contact record
      3. choose File to Case for the new activity and assign it to a case
      4. manage the case and note that the assignee was not transferred
