1. Go to Search > Find Contacts or Search > Advanced Search
2. Enter your search criteria and click Search
3. Select the contact with open cases
4. Go to Cases tab
5. Click on any notification for any case
6. See all activities of the case counted by the notification clicked
7. Click on the 'Clear Filters' button
8. See that all cases of all contacts are displayed, not of the specific one
