Make profiles on user page in Drupal 8 closer to how they looked in Drupal 7

Profiles on the user view page in Drupal 8 look terrible!

The problem is twofold:

1. The civicrm.css isn't getting loaded, so the CiviCRM styling is not applied
2. The Drupal module in Drupal 7 relied on the user profile styling for categories and profile items, however, that was totally removed from core in Drupal 8

I have a commit that fixes both those problems! I'll share it in a moment...
