Import Contacts - Erroneous Summary Messages After Import

I imported the attached file after modifying "Contact Matching Rules" to be "First Name and Last Name" only (changed from the default of First, Last and Email). I mapped First, Last, City and State and requested that the contacts be added to a new group ("NoEmail Group") and that they be tagged as "Major Donor".

The import worked properly, but the Import Summary screen results table had the following duplicative (and erroneous) status messages:

NoEmail Group: 3 contacts added to this new group. 3 contacts NOT added (already in this group).

Major Donor: 3 contacts are tagged with this tag. 3 contacts NOT tagged (already tagged to this tag).

(The "erroneous" part is the second status sentence for each - e.g. "3 contacts NOT added..." and "3 contacts NOT tagged...")
