            Description

            How to reproduce:

            • Create a contribution page with only "pay later" enabled (no payment processors)
            • Try to access the contribution page (civicrm/transact?id=123&reset=1).

            Error message: "A payment processor configured for this page might be disabled (contact the site administrator for assistance)."
