Description
CiviCRM has a dialog to update recurring contributions (see attached screenshot) which says, "Use this form to change the amount...for this recurring contribution." This works as expected.
However, when Authorize.Net sends the IPN, the IPN code checks for - and rejects - any contribution where the amount doesn't match the initial contribution's amount. This check should be removed.
