      From search results, the user can do a set of actions. In this actions menu, we need to add a new option: "Add contacts to case". Once the user selects this option, they will see a form where they can select a case (an existing case) and also assign a case role to all selected users.

      It is not possible to add contacts to a case in bulk.
    • How it should work:
      Hide
      1. Search contacts.
      2. Use checkboxes to choose a couple of contacts.
      3. Select 'Add contacts to case' action.
      4. Form is shown with a selection box to choose the case to which contacts will be added and another selection combo to choose the role selected contacts are going to have in the case.
      5. Clicking on Ok should add selected contacts to the case with the selected role.
      6. System redirects to case summary view.
      7. Clicking on People tab will show the contacts added to the case with the selected role.
