Implement "Insert token" select

The token selector needs to integrate with the message composition window. We should be able to implement a drop-down HTML element which lists the available tokens - plus a javascript function which inserts the value selected in drop-down into textarea (for "Send email to contacts" screen) or HTML editor (for mailing composition screen). It should be placed below respective page elements.
