Filter Mailing Recipients Based on Status from a Prior Mailing

Include ability to filter mailing recipients based on their "status" from a prior mailing.

EXAMPLE: Send this mailing to all recipients of "Save the Whales Q4 2007 Newsletter" who "Opened" and "Clicked 1+ Links".

We can extend the existing Include / Exclude Mailing selectors in the "Select Recipients" screen - adding a collapsible multi-select pair of fields for Including / Excluding recipients of the selected Mailing by Mailing Status:

• Unread (or not available) [i.e. not opened]
• Read [i.e. opened]
• Read and not clicked
• Read and clicked
• Send failed
