New order by options for WalkList Report

There is a Walk / Phone List Report (CRM/Report/Form/Walklist/Walklist.php), but it doesn't have a sort option that would allow contacts to be ordered by street, then by odd and even numbers on each street, allowing people to walk one side of the street (eg odd) then the next (eg even). That's what makes a walklist a walklist. At best this report seems to allow an export of data with street number as a separate column.

This ticket is about adding 3 order by options as
1. Street Name
2. Street Number
3. Odd/Even Street Number
