CRM-21758 Add event "created_id" to Drupal Views

            Description

            This adds a missing field, created_id to Views integration.  Because civicrm_entity doesn't currently handle relationships, I added this to core.

            The use case this provides is, "Create a View that shows only events created by the logged-in user".
