On re-opening a civicase - Case Coordinator (and other roles) are not reinstated

            Steps to reproduce -

            1. Create a case - Relationship gets created with no end date
            2. Change case status to "Resolved" - Relationship end date gets updated to today's date.
            3. Reopen the case - Change status to "Ongoing" - relationship remains unaffected.
