Implement crm_get_class_properties API (for CivicSpace Integration)

            Description

            Gerhard needs this api to be implemented as documented in our Public API - http://objectledge.org/confluence/display/CRM/CRM+Public+APIs#CRMPublicAPIs-crmGetClassProperties

            It should return the currently exposed class properties - i.e. those that can be used for create, get, update of contacts.

            If the current versions of create_contact, get_contact, update_contact APIs do not expose custom fields (properties) - then only implement 'core' filter and let me know. I will check w/ Gerhard as to whether he needs custom fields "reported" at this time.

            Please create and commit a test script for this API as part of this issue.
