non-recoverable error when updating civimail domain information

            Description

            We saw this in 1.8 and hoped it would be fixed with 1.9.

            After clicking the 'save button' at /index.php?q=civicrm/contact/domain&reset=1&action=update

            it throws an incomplete error:

            Sorry. A non-recoverable error has occurred.

            is not of the type Integer

            Return to home page.
