Payment Instrument not exported

When exporting from CiviContribute, the 'payment instrument' column is not included.

This might be because there seems to be some confusion as to what it should be called. In the contribution records, it is called 'Paid by', yet when importing to and exporting from CiviContribute, the field is known as Payment Instrument'.

Not an urgent update, but will be useful to have cheque/credit card etc if I have to pass this document onto accounts.
