            Description

            The "confirmation step" is unnecessary - and burdensome to the user - if the event is free.

            Modify the Event Registration controller so that when "Paid Event" (civicrm_event.is_monetary) is FALSE, we bypass showing the Confirm (step 2) screen - and process the registration/send confirmation/show thank you page.
