            Description

            Advanced Search fixes for new Activity schema etc.:

            • Case and Case Activities panes should only be shown if "Cases" are "enabled" in Site Preferences/Contact Tabs setting
            • Remove Activity History pane
            • Rename "Scheduled Activities" to "Activities"

            (also, if possible we should suppress the "Custom Fields" pane IF there are not searchable fields - currently it "opens" to reveal an empty region)
