Tag criteria for search not working

      Description

      A. Search result for contacts are not shown when we follow below steps:
      1. Add a contact. (eg: Hello Hi)
      2. Then go to contact tags. Edit tags. (eg: select checkbox "Company")
      3. Then Go to Basic search and search for contacts tagged as "Company".
      4. Result does not show the record added. (i.e Hello Hi)

      B. Search result for contacts are shown when we follow below steps:
      1. Add a contact. (eg: Hello Hi)
      2. Then Go to Basic search and search for contact that was added.
      3. Then use action "Tag Contacts" to tag the contact as "Company"
      4. Then Go to Basic search and search for contacts tagged as "Company".
      5. Result shows the record added. (i.e Hello Hi)

      Tags that are assigned using B are not shown when we go to contact/view/Tags.

      Also we can add tag (Company) to same contact(test) using B and also using A.

      Then when we update tags for contact(test). For example if we remove tag "Company".
      Then we do basic search for contacts tagged "Company". It shows contact(test).
