Temporary 'Do not Send' option

Sometime a user may wish to compose & test-send an e-mail, but not yet schedule it for delievery.

(E.g., perhaps the test goes to a supervisor who must approve the mailing. Client prefer to review an actual test message to have assurance that they are seeing exactly what constituents will receive.)

An option could be added to the 'Send or Schedule' page of the Mailing wizard to 'Save, but Do Not Send' and lable; the message with the status of 'Unscheduled,' for example. Then a new Action can be added to the 'Sent Mailings'** page to 'Send or Schedule Now.'

• • It's fairly insignificant to note that the 'Sent Mailings'' page has always been mislabled, since it also included incomplete messages with status 'Unknown' and Un-sent Scheduled messages. But perhaps it could be renamed 'Mailings Status' or something more accurate.
