CRM-2594 Wrong calculation of memberhsip status

            Description

            steps :
            1) http://sandbox.civicrm.org/civicrm/contact/view?reset=1&cid=103
            2) click on membership tab
            3) click on new membership link
            4) add membership with future join date (Ex. 1st feb 2008)

            Expected result : start date : 1st feb 2008, end date : 30th Jan 2010, status: New

            Current behaviour: start date and end date are correct but status is 'Expired' instead of 'New'

                add membership with future join date (Ex. 10th feb 2008)
                it show the following message..
                status
                The membership can not be saved.
                No valid membership status for given dates.

                The problem reported by Sunil is because of unavailability of proper status rule.
                When added proper status rule, the issue works fine.
                Hence closing.
